"Vorgestellter Aktionsplan ist ein großer Wurf für den Münchner Amateurfußball!", so Rainer Koch (Präsident des Bayerischen Fußball-Verbandes).
Im Auftrag des Bayerischen Fußball-Verbandes (BFV) führte die SLC Management eine repräsentative Umfrage zum Thema "Infrastruktur" durch. Ergebnis der Studie war unter anderem, dass es nahezu 80 Prozent der Münchner Fußballvereine an Trainings- und Spielzeiten auf städtischen Anlagen mangelt und es deshalb zum Teil sogar zu Mitgliederaufnahme-Stopps kommt. Um diesem infrastrukturellen Kapazitätsmangel entgegen zu wirken, entwickelte BFV-Präsident Rainer Koch mit dem Münchner Oberbürgermeister Dieter Reiter den "Aktionsplan 5+". Dieser wurde nun am Montag, dem 16.09.2019 im Rathaus der Landeshauptstadt der Öffentlichkeit präsentiert.

Im Februar und März 2018 besuchte die SLC Management alle sieben Bezirkstage des Bayerischen Fußball-Verbandes (BFV). Von Oberhaching in Oberbayern bis Wuhnsiedel in Oberfranken war das Team der SLC Management mit einem Informationsstand vor Ort, um das für Deutschlands größten Landesfußballverband entworfene und geführte Involvement-Tool zu präsentieren.
