In order to cope with the Corona crisis, the German Football League (DFL) has put together a package of measures and announced several resolutions, most of which relate to the further procedure and the resumption of play.

Overall, the DFL made the following core decisions at the general meeting on March 31:

Suspension of match operations until at least the end of April

Suspension of the team training until April 05

Production concepts for all locations of the 36 professional clubs, in order to be able to carry out games with as few personnel as possible

Establishment of a medical task force to develop binding guidelines

Relief for the clubs in the upcoming licensing procedure

Maintaining the objective of ending the season by 30 June
