In a recent initiative, SLC Management and SGS INSTITUT FRESENIUS announced their collaboration to enhance and optimize the stadium visitor experience. This partnership combines the industry-leading expertise of both companies to meet and exceed fan expectations and needs.
SLC Management, the leading company in market and opinion research and data-based consulting in sports, has developed a globally unique process that enables clubs to analyze and optimize their service quality. "In addition to sporting success, a positive fan experience is particularly important," emphasizes Maximilian Madeja from SLC Management. The company emphasizes the role of fans in its approach and combines market research with mystery checks along all customer contact points of the visitor journey. As a strategic partner, SGS INSTITUT FRESENIUS brings over 175 years of expertise in the areas of testing, inspection, verification and certification. As part of SGS, the global leader in these areas, SGS INSTITUT FRESENIUS will diagnose all key touchpoints of a stadium visitor - from ticket purchase to arrival and departure. "Spectators expect a smooth and safe visit to the stadium. Our job is to ensure exactly that," says Dirk Lindemann, Business Development Manager at SGS INSTITUT FRESENIUS.The combination of SLC's data-based research and consulting and SGS INSTITUT FRESENIUS' quality standards promises to take the fan experience to a new level.
