Change Management in Sports Clubs - SLC Forum at the Sportplatzwelt Online Congress

SLC Management is not only active as a permanent consultant for clubs, associations and companies/sponsors in the professional sector, but has also been supporting clubs in the amateur and mass sports sector for years. SLC is now also represented at the fifth edition of the Sportplatzwelt Online Congress by Stadionwelt with the practice-oriented forum "From crisis management to sustainable change management - the only constant is change".

At the latest now-after two years of pandemic and in the middle of the next crisis-it should be clear: Challenges and opportunities as well as positive and negative change will always exist. The only question is: What can be changed sustainably in association management in order to counter these challenges in a structured way and to perceive them as opportunities through anticipation and robustness in strategy and operations? Managing crises and putting out fires is not a long-term survival strategy. Active, sustainable change management opens up new perspectives.
In view of the current situation, thoughts and solutions for eliminating the bottleneck in the energy crisis will also be presented.

Our forum will take place on 09.11.2022 at 12:30 pm as part of the Sportplatzwelt Online Congress. The entire congress will take place over two days from 09 to 10 November.
