The actions and activities as well as the offers and services of an association are not an end in themselves and also not to be considered only in the sense of the board of directors of the association management. Therefore, it is one of the most important tasks that the club management permanently informs itself among its members and other target groups as well as in its environment about the extent to which its services, its infrastructure as well as its development planning point in the right direction and are accepted with the corresponding high satisfaction.
