Borussia Dortmund and SLC Management enter the next season

Borussia Dortmund and SLC Management GmbH are continuing their successful, long-standing collaboration and are entering the next season together.

"For 12 years, we have been helping BVB to continuously optimise its services for fans and customers through in-depth analyses and data collection. Our collaboration with the marketing department focuses, among other things, on controlling existing partnerships, which provides valuable information for the support and acquisition of new partners," says Maximilian Madeja, Managing Partner at SLC Management.

Carsten Cramer, Managing Director at Borussia Dortmund explains: "The flexible, uncomplicated and competent handling of our questions supports BVB's departments in strategic and operational projects. SLC has already been able to support us in numerous internal and external decision-making processes with representative data and processed insights. We are therefore looking forward to continuing our collaboration!"

Thanks to the continuous interaction with members and fans via SLC's club information system CIS^©, both existing and planned measures can be reviewed and their impact and perception evaluated at short notice.

Jan Pfeffer, Team Lead Commercial Partnerships & Rights at BVB, adds: "The surveys we conducted together enabled us to gain interesting insights for both the club and sponsors, for example for this year's anniversary of SIGNAL IDUNA PARK, the women's team and the eFootball team, which we can use to position ourselves even better for the new season."
