SLC Management & TÜV Rheinland @ WSCE 2019: Paving the way for “Next Generation Club Management" in China

China does not have the reputation of being a soccer nation - as of yet. Rather sooner than later, the Middle Kingdom wants to establish its national team and the highest national football league "Chinese Super League (CSL)" in the global football market. The ambitious efforts of Chinese institutions, soccer associations and clubs to achieve this goal can be followed all over the global soccer and sports business news. Leading the way towards a sustainable and successful development of Chinese soccer is the World Soccer Convention & Exhibition (WSCE) in Beijing. The congress, 2019 already held for the fourth time, devotes three days to the opportunities and development of the Chinese soccer market. Shaping the program of the congress for the third consecutive time is SLC Management.

From the 4th until the 6th of June, the WSCE brings together decision maker and major stakeholders from the Chinese and international soccer market to discuss the potentials and challenges of Chinese soccer on its path to professionalism and a successful future. As experts of the global and after several years of in-depth analysis and project execution also the Chinese sports eco-system, SLC Management will once again share its insights and know-how at several occasions within the congress program.

Maximilian Madeja (Managing Director & Chief Research Officer at SLC Management) received an exclusive invitation and will join the roundtable discussion “Growth Path for the Future” (4th of June, 10:00 am) sharing his experience, expectations and recommendations for the growth of Chinese soccer.

The main apperance will be his keynote speech on the main stage (3:00pm). Under the title “Next Generation Club Management - China on successful paths of Bundesliga, Premier League & Co.”, Maximilian will share exclusive insights on how Chinese clubs, sponsors and investors can make the next successful step in Chinese soccer development.

TÜV Rheinland and SLC Management are gladly awaiting the opportunity to once again make a contribution to the knowledge exchange and know-how transfer to boost the development of Chinese soccer. We will be more than happy to welcome you in the crowd at our appearances on the congress stage and especially to discussions at our booth (D06).
