The time has come again: The eps ARENA SUMMIT 2022 is just around the corner. On September 27/28, 2022, the stadium and arena business will once again gather at Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt am Main and SLC Management will once again be right in the middle of it!
The program of the industry get-together, organized by Stadionwelt, ESB Marketing Netzwerk and Eintracht Frankfurt Stadion GmbH, has it all again this year: around 15 forums with over 60 speakers cover all currently relevant topics. The focus is once again on providing valuable thought-provoking approaches for the industry. The following focal points will be addressed at the fourth Arena Summit:

Day 1: "Data-based feasibility analysis - in the end it's the customer that counts"
In the forum "Data-based feasibility analysis - in the end the customer counts" Maximilian Madeja (Managing Director, SLC Management) will be a speaker on the topic "Venue -The next generation" on the first day.
New "state of the art" arenas can be excellent showpieces. But how can they be dynamically adapted? A precise, individual knowledge of the expectations of an arena visit - especially due to sustainable changes due to the pandemic - will provide information about the optimization possibilities of existing infrastructure as well as essential hints for conversions and new buildings.

Day 2: "Fact-based Profiling: Back to the future - How digital and innovative can the fan experience in stadiums and arenas be?"
On the second day, Maximilian Madeja will join Christopher Pauer (Head of Products/Communication, Stadionwelt) in the forum "Fact-based Profiling: Back to the Future - How Digital and Innovative Can the Fan Experience in Stadiums and Arenas Be?" to present the latest data insights on the topic of smart stadiums and the digitalization of the fan experience in stadiums and arenas.
Digital innovations will define the "Smart Stadium" of the future and enable hybrid fan experiences. But what exactly does the future look like and how far will it go? What do fans expect, where do they set their limits? When does digital innovation become an experience and when does it become a disruptive factor? How can all target groups continue to be carried along in the future? How can we support providers in setting the right development accents? SLC Management has addressed these and other questions in a fact-based profiling and, together with Stadionwelt, presents the latest insights on visitors' behaviors, expectations and acceptance criteria when visiting "modern" stadiums and arenas.
